AIIoT is an AI-assisted application for connecting, monitoring, and managing your devices. Access is by invitation only. This policy explains what information AIIoT handles and how.
You cannot create an account by open sign-up. Registration requires a secret key issued by the operator; without a valid key you cannot register or sign in. Keep your key confidential and do not share it.
Your account and the data you and your connected devices generate are stored on our servers hosted with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and may be processed in AWS data centres worldwide. Your data is protected by your sign-in. We keep it while your account is active; you can have it removed at any time (see Data deletion).
To provide its features, AIIoT handles data from the devices you connect — such as readings, status, configuration, and device identifiers — and stores it in your account so you can monitor and manage those devices.
AIIoT uses AI features to interpret and act on your data. To provide them, relevant data you submit or that your devices generate is sent to third-party AI model providers. We may use one or more such providers, may add, remove, or change them at any time, and may route requests between them automatically. The providers we use are listed at akiteq.com/subprocessors, and each processes this information under its own terms.
AIIoT is free and shows no ads. It contains no advertising SDKs, and your data is never shared with advertisers.
We do not sell your personal information or your device data to anyone.
We rely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) for secure hosting and storage, and third-party AI model providers for AI processing (listed at akiteq.com/subprocessors). Each handles information under its own policy. We share your data only as needed to provide the service.
The app requests only the device permissions needed for its features — such as camera, location, Bluetooth, or notifications where applicable. Each permission is used only for its stated purpose, and you can manage permissions in your device settings.
You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time by emailing [email protected]. On request we remove your account and the data associated with it from our AWS storage; residual copies in routine backups are removed within a reasonable period.
What is deleted: your account, profile, and the device and sensor data held in your account. What is kept: nothing is retained by us after deletion beyond what the law requires.
AIIoT is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
