Chatty is an AI chat app. You send messages and it replies using AI, accessed with paid credits. This policy explains what information Chatty handles and how.
Chatty uses an account so your chats and credit balance are available across your devices. Your account, chats, and balance are stored on our servers and protected by your sign-in. We keep this while your account is active; you can delete it at any time (see Data deletion).
To generate replies, the messages and content you send are processed by third-party AI model providers. We may use one or more such providers, may add, remove, or change them at any time, and may route your request between them automatically — for example for availability, performance, or failover. The providers we use are listed at akiteq.com/subprocessors, and each processes your data under its own terms.
Chatty is used with paid credits. Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play; Apple or Google processes the transaction and we do not receive or store your payment card details. We keep a record of your credit balance and usage in your account.
Chatty shows no ads and contains no advertising SDKs. Your chats are never shared with advertisers.
We do not sell your personal information or your chats to anyone.
We rely on third-party AI model providers to generate replies (listed at akiteq.com/subprocessors), and the App Store and Google Play to process purchases. Each handles information under its own policy.
You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time by emailing [email protected], or from within the app where available. On request we remove your account, chats, and profile from our servers; residual copies in routine backups are removed within a reasonable period.
Note: unused credits are consumable digital items and are not refundable on deletion except where required by law.
Chatty is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
